DEWI is the brainchild of Dr Neelima Vemula, known to many simply as The Connector, and her friend and co-founder Pallavi Nagalla.

Dr Neelima Vemula
Director of Neemax Group and Neemax Enterprises, delivering end-to-end electronics solutions across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and of Neemax Entertainments. Director at Buildcon Manufacturing, makers of adhesives and construction material under the brand LAKITEK. CEO of Yesmart Electronics.
She holds a Doctorate in Physiotherapy, is a Kuchipudi dancer, and won the Mrs. Telangana pageant in 2018. She sits on the Board of Directors at VAA — Visionary Achievers Alliance — and runs a large network of women's groups under the name Euphoria.
Through Euphoria Outreach she works on eldercare, girl child education, environment, and emergency care. Her passion is building a global platform for women to rise above their socio-economic and emotional restraints.

Pallavi Nagalla

Pallavi Nagalla
Pallavi holds a Master's degree in English Literature and Psychology. She was Brand Custodian for Metro India Newspaper (Namaste Telangana), and Brand Head at Lighthouse Promotions and Anantha Bharath.
She has authored two books — Earth Shastra and DEVI — written extensively for newspapers, and created over 30 ad films across the private and government sectors. She has worked closely with government departments in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on the Mother & Child kit, Health & Hygiene kits, and the Nutrition Chikki project.
She owns Dragonfly Media, an advertising agency handling content, creatives, profile building, direct marketing, event curation, outdoor media, theatre branding, and social media.
Pallavi believes that spirituality, humanity and knowledge, along with compassion, humility and determination, can conquer anything in the world. She is an extensive reader, a baker, and an artist with a sweet tooth for travel.
